Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Yellow cake. bottom tier was a single layer, no filling. top tier was 2 layers with a pineapple filling. Both tiers were covered in Swiss Meringue Buttercream & covered in fondant. The flowers are gumpaste, colored with petal dust & lightly airbrushed. The border is Roland's buttercream recipe and piped border. What are you most proud of? The border ! What advice would you give someone starting this project? just practice a little. This is one of easiest borders to do.
