Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Cake & Buttercream, Fondant, Gumpaste What are you most proud of? Several firsts here: new Hydrangea cutter/former (LOVE), domed top (challenging), new plastic scroll formers, I am very pleased with the swirl of flowers and leaves around and down the cake. I also love the Ivy leaves! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be sure you have practiced the various parts - fondant work, flowers, etc. - before trying to combine them all. It was a bit daunting even though it was only 5" across!
