Chocolate mud cake on the bottom tier covered in chocolate ganache, caramel mud cake on the top tier covered in white chocolate ganache completed with fondant and buttercream piping (which I obviously still need a lot of work on piping skills). What are you most proud of? This is only the sixth cake I have created, my 1st ever attempt at a topsy turvy cake and overall I was happy with the outcome. Definitely a learning experience for me and I will know what to do different next time. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Plan every little detail, do sketches, watch lots of tutorials, bake the cakes in advance and freeze, and be patient with yourself. Most mistakes can be fixed.
