Monogram cake for Miss Madi

No, just for fun Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake This is a chocolate butter cake, filled with pinwheel filling, crumb coated with ganache, and covered in white MMF. I used black royal icing for the monogram, and used Joshua's technique of transferring the (handmade by myself!) monogram to the cake. The flower is from Jessica Harris' class and is made of modeling chocolate. This is my first attempt, and you can see that my hand is still shaky - I'm not the best at piping, but as a first shot, I think I did pretty ok! :)

It's just pink candy melts made into modeling chocolate mixed with wire modeling chocolate. No extra coloring was used. :)
