What are you most proud of? I couldn't figure out why my fondant cakes were so lumpy looking. The methods I learnt in this class enable me to take my cake decorating to the next level. I feel more confident covering cakes now that I have leant these amazing crumb coating techniques. I look forward to trying a non fondant cake with these same methods. What advice would you give someone starting this project? This is a must see before moving onto any other class. Most classes will start with the cake already covered. Fundamentals are essential to success. This class was amazing.
