The ears. It was tricky making them stable enough to stand up on their own. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make sure your cake is stiff enough to hold its shape and stiff enough to hold up those mouse ears. Plan to let the mouse ears dry for a few days before pushing them into the top of the cake.
