Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Vanilla Cake, cool mints, fondant, butter cream and lemon curd filling and modelling chocolate What are you most proud of? the chocolate ducks... all of them were edible...overall the whole cake came out great!! What advice would you give someone starting this project? torte each layer and fill with favourite flavours... ice then decorate according to your needs... it was fun trying to figure out how to do the bubbles... I wanted blown sugar bubbles but my talents in that area are sadly lacking... have since found out I could have easily made gelatine bubbles using tiny balloons.. who would have guessed? So instead I did a mix of cool mints, fondant balls in various sizes and piped butter cream.
