Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Fondant and chocolates... What are you most proud of? Following Maggies instructions to the near tee!!! If this is her technique and she's done it a lot of times and is successful at it....heck I'm gonna listen and learn from the Master! Sometimes I want to get so ahead of myself and tweak things...which isn't a bad thing after I know what I am doing! What advice would you give someone starting this project? To be honest I ran into some corny probs....like flipping the cake upside down to frill it and it sliding all around on my pan......I noticed my top tiers have tighter frills but down towards the bottom I got delirious lol and they started getting farther and farther apart....It took me about 3-4 hours to frill a 6 and 10 inch....with breaks in between...I don't know how that fares with the others in class...and I noticed all the colors after awhile began blending in as the hours passed hahahaaaa...It's a great class and you will totally enjoy it!!
