No, just for fun Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Vanilla funfetti cake filled with chocolate ganache and frosted in Swiss meringue Buttercream. Covered in Marshmallow fondant. Ombre scallops and all mermaid/sea decorations are gum paste. It was my first time working with gum paste and I'm excited to get more practice! I loved trying out the new techniques of MMF and SMBC.
