Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake I full my cakes with whippedcream based fillings mousse, ganasche and for exampel lemoncurd or vanilla. Then I cover the cake with marengbuttercream. Im not fond of other buttercreams. What are you most proud of? The edges even thou my fillings are pretty doft What advice would you give someone starting this project? This class says it all :) thanx for a greate class!
