For the logo I made my own stencil. I bought a stencil cutter and blank stencil sheets and followed a pattern. You can either airbrush the pattern, or paint it on with your pearl or color dust. I'm not a big fan of fondant but the chocolate wasn't bad. I like to use my fondant sparingly with more icing underneath. This way it still looks pretty without losing the taste (since some people do t care for fondant).
