No, just for fun Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake The inspiration of this cake was taken from the class of Jessica Harris Clean and simple cake design including the techniques of how to ganache and cover the cakes. And the fondant Toppers are thru Brenda Walton's Class. The combination of this two classes for me are amazing. Everything is edible and I used a combination of Fondant and Gum paste.. It's a Red Velvet cake filled with Butter and Cream cheese butter-cream and crumb coated with white chocolate Ganache.
