Lemon Lime Cake

Do you sell this cake? No, just for fun Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake When I went to remove the wax paper the cage slipped and broke. I wanted to show that I was able to repair the back which is now much different than the front but I think It's still ok - No one new the back and front were to look the same. The small part is what I prepared. The flower and leave where done with white chocolate. The frosting is lime buttercream. The cage is royal icing. All are painted with a brush using edible paint and lemon juice. Sprinkled lemon zest over entire cake What are you most proud of? I'm most proud that I was able to repair it. I also think the colors were very nice What advice would you give someone starting this project? If you do it in smaller section the it will be easier to place around the cake - you can just connect the pieces with royal Icing and everyone will think it was always one circular piece
