I'm most proud of making my first modeling chocolate flower, and it actually working! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't give up when trying something new, I had to roll the modeling chocolate out several times before I got it right since it kept sticking to the rolling pin. But it worked out in the end and I'm happy with the outcome of the entire cake!
