Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake This is a 2 tiered, red velvet, Las Vegas themed cake. 1. I baked a 12 and 10 inch red velvet cake 2. Cut and filled both into 3 layers 3. Dirt iced and chilled 4. Applied a final smooth layer of buttercream and chilled 5. Rolled out red fondant and smoothed onto cakes 6. Stacked cakes and stabilized with wooden skewers 7. Began to make little fondant dice, coins, cards .letters , etc
