Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Red Velvet Cake, Marscapone Buttercream, Fondant. What are you most proud of? How hard it is not to pick up the cake and hug it like a stuffed animal. I used a jelly roll pan to bake and roll the arms and legs. It looked just like a lamb shank when you cut into it. ( Yes, yes, I know I am sick.) What advice would you give someone starting this project? Plan the size and method of construction. I just imagined and put it together as I went.
