I used a new fondant recipe that was made from gelatin and heavy cream. Very easy to work with, delicious too. Each tiered is wrapped in a gift like manner. Topped off with a bow. I added little curly swirls that were made from wrapping them around a small wooden dowel and left over night. My mistake was I didn't make them thick enough, because they broke very easily. My fondant I shined up with vodka and karo syrup. (half and half) Finished it off with some luster dust. I did however forgot that I had to travel over 10 miles of gravel road and didn't dowel it enough and one corner sort of slumped (?) I noticed it right of way. They didn't. She was surprised with the cake and her party.
