I followed Jessica's instructions and it was quite easy! It was also wonderful to make the "16" at the last minute, and realize that it set up almost immediately! I've had problems with sagging numbers on cakes in the past, as I usually forget to make them far enough ahead of time, but with the modeling chocolate, it's not a problem! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Patience and time - the keys to successful cake decorating!
