What was your source for this recipe? Other Tell us more about what inspired you. I grew up in western Pennsylvania and we had what the locals called Indian Summer. Warm days, cool nights and vivid color EVERYWHERE for a fleeting week or two. It was nice to revisit those memories and throw in a bit of edible flair.
