When I first got the order, I was absolutely clueless about how to go about it. The class helped me gain confidence to do it and provide me with a good solid starting place. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be very patient and do not cover your cakes with fondant when they are frozen. I did not let my cake reach room temperature before covering it and then had sweaty fondant.
