No, just for fun Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Bulgarian Honey-Spice Cookies Recipe: Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour, 7 ounces sugar, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon ground cloves, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, pinch salt, 3 large eggs, 3 1/2 ounces honey, 1 3/4 ounces oil, 1 stiffly beaten large egg white. Preparation: 1.In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, cloves, cinnamon and salt. In a separate medium bowl, beat together eggs, honey and oil. Add to flour mixture and form into a smooth dough. If dough is too soft, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for an hour or so. 2.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Roll dough 1/4 inch thick between sheets of parchment paper. Cut into desired shapes, leaving 1 inch of space between. Bake 10 minutes or until slightly golden around the edges. While cookies are still hot, brush with beaten egg white and sprinkle with colored sugars or decorations of choice. Let cool completely and store tightly covered.
