During the last class, we were given as assignment to make any cake we wanted. I chose to try and replicate the cake on Elisa Strauss' book, Confetti Cakes. The cake itself was a marble cake with chocolate icing. It is mostly fondant, but I used gum paste for the bow & handle as I had limited time and it hardens faster.
