Yes What are you most proud of? I was asked to create a graduation cake and to use my imagination. I am most proud of being able to deliver a cake last minute, and that the client was super impressed about the sculpted details. They loved the cake design and its taste. What advice would you give someone starting this project? I would recommend shaping the tassel, book and diploma (if made out of fondant) a day or two in advanced to allow it to get firm, otherwise you could do it the same day but you must add Tylose powder to the fondant to make it more sturdy.
