Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Fondant, gum paste, luster dust. What are you most proud of? The ruffles. It was my first time doing them. Also, successfully flipping a cake over and decorating it upside down. I had never done that before and boy, that is stressful the first time you do that! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Patience. The ruffles take time, but the effect is well worth it.
