Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Cake, fondant, modeling chocolate, icing, icing colors, pearl dust, gum paste What are you most proud of? I thought that my purse wasn't too shabby actually, I had to change what type of purse from my original plan to make it fit better on the top present so I thought it worked out pretty good. It was a little tricky to get the handles to stay up because I was using modeling chocolate - SO, knowing that I had an hour long trip to delivery, they probably wouldn't make it so I thought of using some chocolate twizzler sticks as the center for stability, and then simply wrapped the modeling chocolate around - It worked great! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Try not to eat all the modeling chocolate while working on your cakes....you will regret it lol ;o)
