Gift Box Cake

Do you sell this cake? Yes Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Colored white fondant with red, pink & orange. I baked three 11" x 7" layers in a pan I found at the thrift store. Chilled layers in freezer. Next, applied vanilla buttercream between layers, stacked them together. Then used my 9" x 4" cake board as my cutting guide to carve the cake. Next, I crumb coated the sides and placed in refrigerator to firm for approximately 25 minutes. As cake was firming up I measured my fondant and cut the short sides 6.5" x 4.5" and cut the long sides 9.5" x 4.5". I also cut four 1/4th" x 10" fondant strips to outline and cover the box lid where the sides & seams would all meet. I cut two 1" x 5" and two 1" x 10" bands of fondant to outline the top outer perimeter section of the cake {box} to give the illusion that the box has a lid. Removed cake from the refrigerator, applied the fondant for the short sides first to make sure the seams all meet together in the same direction. Next, I trimmed the fondant short sides to fit the short ends of the cake. Next, I applied the first fondant long side and trimmed each end before appling the second long side to the cake. I used a fondant smoother to adhere the fondant to the cake and I used a paintbrush dipped in water to adhere the short ends seam of the fondant to the long ends. I cut a 9.5" x 4.5" section of fondant for the top of the cake which is the top of the lid. I applied it to the top of the cake, trimmed to fit top of cake and used a paintbrush to apply water to the seams to adhere them to all four sides of the cake lid. Next, I applied water to the two box top short band strips and adhered them to the upper short ends of the cake and trimmed them to fit the cake then, repeated the same steps for the two long band strips. Next, I attached the red decor made with a Wilton mold to the box top lid bands. The 1/4th" strips covered the seams where the lid and bands are attached to the cake sides then, cut the overlapping corners to meet together. Bow is Wilton fondant and gumpaste.
