My first time making marshmallow fondant and covering a cake with fondant and it turned out to be easier than I thought. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make your bow pieces ahead of time to allow for drying. I made them with only 12 hours of drying time because I was under a time crunch and they needed a bit more. This picture shows I used a little cardboard to keep the bows in form because of this and took them out prior to setting the cake out for display.
