What are you most proud of? The vegetables were quite 'passable' and were straightforward to do, with a bit of thought. What advice would you give someone starting this project? You can make the vegetables way in advance and store in a non plastic box (never store in plastic boxes, they make sugarpaste sweat and your hard work will end up a gloopy mess), If I did this again, I might try grating chocolate sugarpaste for the soil to give more texture, or you could crumble dark chocolate flavoured biscuits (perhaps double choc oreos???). If you can make a fondant rose, you can make a cabbage. Use pics of veg for guidance - or look at the real thing! Experiment and have fun! for example, make it into a flower garden, using blossom cutters and calyx cutters.
