Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake I used poppy seed cake with swiss meringue buttercream filling. The mini cakes where covered in white fondant and decorated with various gum paste floral decorations and satin ribbon. What are you most proud of? I am most proud of the attention to details, which I used for this cake, making sure every cake was perfect and intricate. I am also proud of the fact that all the cakes work well together, which can be hard to achieve when making a variety of cakes. What advice would you give someone starting this project? I would give the advice to plan in advance. With variety cakes, if you don't plan your different designs ahead of time, you can't be sure how your cakes will work together.
