Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Madeira Sponge for the football, Chocolate cake for the base, Satin Ice Fondant, colors etc. What are you most proud of? That the ball came out so well and.... dare I say it... it was really easy to make and decorate! Next time round I would buy the Kit Box cutters for the hexagons and pentagons just to make it quicker. Only thing is that it's Madeira sponge and is pretty tough.
