No, just for fun Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake I used the skills I learnt in Maggie Austin's Fondant Frills class to create a wedding cake for my Brother's wedding in Ibiza. I filled, crumb coated & covered each of the 3 layers in fondant before using Maggie's technique of inverting each layer & covering in frills. I left these to set up before transporting each layer separately to Ibiza (from the UK) in cool boxes. and then on the day of the wedding & put the cake together using bubble tea straws to support each layer. Fresh flowers were then used to top the cake.
