Flower Urn

Do you sell this cake? No, just for fun Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake 3x 10" 2 x 8" chocolate cakes stacked, carved and covered with ganache and marzipan before covering with Satinice. All flowers were made with gum paste. What are you most proud of? That the finished item looked so realistic everyone kept asking me where the cake was. They thought they were looking at a flower decoration. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Give yourself at least 2 weeks to make all the flowers. You will also need to cover with a special fondant that does not rip.
