First Flower Ever!

Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Gum paste, color dusts, stencils What are you most proud of? No cutters, veiners, nor pasta machine roller. I wanted to do this flower so much that I improvised. I know the result would have been so different using all that Chef Lodge indicates but I stll had to five it a try. Super happy with this class :) many thanks! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Thin your gumpaste as recommended. My petals came out too thick. Use a two- sided veiner- texture and thinness really help in making your flower realistic.
