I used 3 lbs of fondant, some modeling chocolate for the monkeys and trees, gum paste to make the fondant stiffer and I used the butter cream frosting recipe from the free modern butter cream class here on Craftsy. It is the best Swiss butter cream recipe I have found and everyone has loved it. What are you most proud of? I loved how the lion turned out and the giraffe.
