Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Joshua's Butter Cream recipe, fondant and Wilton's Nature Fondant and Gum Paste Mold. What advice would you give someone starting this project? I found it was a great way to practice the butter cream method that Joshua teaches, without worrying too much about making much damage. The fondant worked well in covering up imperfections. Very tasty and fun to work with, I'm anxious to hear what my client thoughts are on their cake!
