The cake is made entirely from scratch (my own recipes) and features real leaves pressed into the fondant and fall "ombré" airbrush work. Yes Link to website or online shop www.facebook.com/theconfectionist.gr Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake I started with 12", 10" and 8" round cakes baked from scratch (a different flavor and filling for each tier). I made a Swiss meringue buttercream for the outer layer and then covered each tier in white marshmallow fondant. I used fresh (washed) leaves from outside to leave (pun intended) impressions all over the fondant. I then used airbrush pearlescent colors to color the entire cake. I used natural items to accent the cake. It was a huge hit!
