Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Wafer paper, fondant, piping gel, silver leaf, chocolate Guinness cake. What are you most proud of? Covering a 7" tall cake seamlessly. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't use a shy border punch. You can't even see the scalloped edge. I also hate how the silver leaf turned out. Ghastly. Looks like the foil from inside packs of cigarettes.
