Do you sell this cake? Yes Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake SMBC with fondant accents. Adhered cutouts using piping gel, worked perfect. Used Jessica's method of creating a template in photoshop and cutting out my own cutouts (not using cookie cutters anymore!) using an exacto knife. Worked beautifully! What are you most proud of? Designing my first cake on my own, using inspiration from different places and mostly getting my cake FLAT on top/smooth sides and baking/making everything from scratch. This was a 100% tree nut free cake (customer had allergy). What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be patient. SMBC takes time to make and master, and icing a cake is an art in itself, but can be forgiving if you're willing to work with it!
