I am most proud of the outcome of the Italian Meringue Butter Cream. I have always wanted to make the IMBC but was always fearful of the outcome. Love, Love, Love, Love it. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't be afraid to try any cake decorating skill, take your fear head on.
