Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Swiss buttercream and fondant are my go to materials! This particular bride wanted a burlap themed cake with peacock blue and yellow accents. I made all the burlap flowers and fondant decor myself. I also used a homemade fondant recipe I found from an awesome cake company called Artisan Cake Company. It had a much better flavor and mouth texture but still remains elastic and moldable.
