Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Modeling Chocolate What advice would you give someone starting this project? If you're using the wax paper transfer method on top of the cake, be sure your modeling chocolate is rolled VERY thin. If it's too heavy, it will fall off the wax paper! (I had to put the top pieces on by hand since I didn't roll the chocolate thin enough.)
