Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake I think I watched Mike's video 3 times before making this cake and during it too! The only things I did differently were: I used Swiss meringue Buttercream, I did a 50/50 mix of modelling chocolate and fondant for the front fenders and it worked perfectly, I stuck toothpicks into each of the individual hood ornament components for extra stability. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Watch this video in its entirety before starting. Make as much of the extra decor ahead of time! And plan, plan, plan!
