What are you most proud of? This was my very first 2-tier cake and the 2nd time I covered a cake in fondant. Also, the first time doing 100% from scratch (minus the fondant). It took me FOREVER to do this but I was so happy that it turned out nice. I see some definite areas for improvement and learned a TON in the process. Thank you to the Modern Buttercream and the Clean & Simple Cake designs Craftsy classes, as well as the Sweetwise video tutorial and mat that I was so glad I purchased!
