Using a #366 leaf tip for shaping the tree in a buttercream frosting and # 352 leaf tip for the poinsetta, also in buttercream frosting. I used a PME set for the snow flakes. They are made up of fondant and gumpaste. You can't see it in the picture, but I used edible snow sprinkled on the tree to finish it off.
