This is bade from ruyal icing that has been piped onto wax paper, then carefully peeled off and stood up on the cake in some royal icing snow and allowed to set.. This is very delicate and tricky work. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make lots of riendeer. There is a huge posobility of breakage... But so worth it when you pull it off.
