Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake The cake is a four tiers, lemon flavored yellow cake covered with vanilla marshmallow fondant, the butter-cream in between the layers of each tier is vanilla and lemon flavored with a hint of rum to balance the lemon. the tiers are 6",8" 12" and !4", I have added a fake 16" base to give the cake balance and height, all the tiers are 3.5" high, and it it to feed 150 guests. The bride wanted something very simple with no fruits or nuts. The theme was the team Canada colors
