No, just for fun Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake This was a small 6" and 4" vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam inside. I had no actual plans and did not start baking it until 7pm the night before i wanted it - I didn't sleep too much! I just decided to try the ribbon roses as I had been watching that part of Gary's class. They were trickier than he makes it look! But I enjoyed making them.
