Royal Icing "cage" on bottom and top. What are you most proud of? The Cage! My first one broke so I had to redo the royal icing and added more meringue powder and the second cage was very strong! What advice would you give someone starting this project? This was just a practice cake for me so it took a few days between some of the steps. I would say to do it all within a few days so its all fresh in your head and the the frosting does not dry out!
