Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Swiss Meringue Buttercream, frozen cake, 12X12 1/4" plexiglass, small offset spatula and a metal scraper What advice would you give someone starting this project? I am so happy that I found this upside down icing technique. It really does help give your cake a more finished look.
