Donna, You did an amazing job!! May I ask what size are your tiers and how many cakes per tier? Also did you freehand the letter? Thanks a bunch
Donna-Marie Lee answered:
The sizes are 6" 8" & 10 inch. They are are all on 1/2 inch foam core. There are two layers per tier. My cakes usually bake pretty high, so the tiers are nice and high too. I printed a letter on the computer the size I wanted and then traced it onto the gumpaste.

There were heavy gauge wires extending down the back that stuck into the cake. There were bent to follow the shape at the back of the cake.
